Workshop "Improving your self-esteem" for women. This 4 weeks workshop (one day per week for 2.5 hrs) consists of psycho-education, group discussion and exercises. The following questions and topics will be addressed:
What is self-esteem and how does it develop?
What are important elements of self-esteem?
What are indicators for positive self-esteem?
Can I still develop a positive self-esteem although my life circumstances caused me to develop a low self-esteem?
What can I do to improve my self-esteem and feel better about myself?
The educational part of the workshop will be based on Nathaniel Brandon's "The six pillars of self-esteem".
The maximum number of participants for this group will be 10 women, in order to ensure that everyone has enough time to discuss the topics which they are interested in.
Workshops are offered in Oakville and Burlington.
